So today (around 1am) my TV died. I suspect that the capacitors blew. I will see if I can look into this more on Thursday... Can barely see this 22" monitor. Might need to go get some glasses or something...

Oh no! And you have a really nice setup... there's nothing worse than having to go backwards in tech as our stuff gets fixed. Well, actually, of course there's worse things, but that is painful!

I guess it was just a bad power cord. I finally got to unhooking the power cord and connected it with another power cord and Presto :D !! Good as new. I never knew power cords would quit right out of the blue.. good news, don't have to work on TV :D !!

That can happen. I had a satellite box magically lose signal before. Short in the coax. Glad I have my own crimpers and make my own cables. Sometimes, being a communications tech has it's advantages.
